Making a successful transition to a sustainable economy means investing in visionary entrepreneurs. Each year, we review 2,000 projects and select only a dozen or so. We invest right from the pre-seed stage, accompany each round of financing and remain committed without a predefined exit horizon.
WeeFin
Structuring sustainable investment on a large scale. Weefin offers a technological platform to integrate ESG criteria reliably, without greenwashing, and support financial institutions in building responsible strategies. Asterion led the Seed round in 2022, participated in Series A and B, the last of which in April 2025 alongside BlackFin, IRIS and Ring Capital.

Revolutionizing textile dyeing. Ever Dye has developed a technology that dyes 5 times faster, consumes 15 times less energy, and eliminates petrochemicals. An innovation made from vegetable and mineral waste that reduces greenhouse gas emissions in the textile sector by 94%. Asterion co-led the seed round in December 2021 with Maki VC.

Producing truly carbon-free hydrogen. Spark Cleantech is developing an innovative methane plasmalysis technology, enabling the production of clean hydrogen with 5 times less energy than traditional methods and no CO2 emissions.Asterion led Spark Cleantech's first round in July 2023.
→Ramdam Social
Making every purchase a charitable gesture. Ramdam Social redistributes between 7% and 10% of the price of its food products to associations such as Samu Social and Banques Alimentaires. Ramdam currently offers 15 gourmet products, made in France by producers who are fairly remunerated. An approach that combines social commitment and responsible consumption. Asterion led the first round of Ramdam Social in December 2023.

Orus Energy
Optimizing energy consumption in buildings. Orus Energy is developing a SaaS solution that enables building managers to reduce their energy consumption without impacting user comfort. By leveraging electrical flexibility, it avoids the need for costly, polluting thermal power plants. Asterion co-led Orus' first funding round with b2venture in June 2024.
Enrise
Accelerating the adoption of solar power in B2B. Enrise offers a solution for transforming corporate roofs and parking lots into clean, cost-effective sources of energy. It simplifies the deployment of photovoltaics for industrial and tertiary players, maximizing return on investment and facilitating the energy transition. Asterion led Enrise's Seed round in April 2025.
Fungu'it
Reinventing aromas from the living. Fungu'it creates natural aromatic ingredients from fermented by-products. Its unique know-how transforms neglected materials into living, desirable raw ingredients, opening up a more sustainable and fairer path for the food industry. Asterion led Fungu'it's Seed round in January 2025.
Onima
Creating an alternative protein of excellent nutritional quality, derived from the upcycling of brewer's yeast. Onima transforms brewer's yeast into a protein, fiber and amino acid-rich ingredient for the food industry. A sustainable solution that meets the needs of sports nutrition, plant nutrition and pet food. Asterion led Onima's first round in November 2022.
Billiv
Put an end to the nonsense of cash register receipts. The first green, 100% digital receipt via QR code, with no need to register or download anything. Billiv enables retailers to comply with the French Anti-Waste Law and strengthen their image by improving and extending the customer experience. Asterion led Billiv's first round in July 2022.
Urbyn
Making recycling easier for businesses. Urbyn has developed a SaaS platform enabling companies to sort and recycle their waste simply and efficiently. It has already diverted over 3,000 tons of waste from landfill through collaborations with major groups and SMEs. Asterion led the seed round in June 2023.
Klaro
Enable all employees to access public assistance. Distributed on a BtoB basis, it is the largest aid simulator in France, so that everyone can identify the aid to which they are entitled, and carry out their procedures automatically. Asterion led Edonia's seed round in September 2022.
Circul'Egg
Giving eggshells a second life. Circul'Egg transforms this agri-food waste into calcium carbonate and shell membrane powder, used in animal feed, construction and nutraceuticals. Asterion led the seed round in November 2023.
Qomon
Qomon is Europe's benchmark tool for citizen mobilization and action. The start-up enables NGOs, citizen movements, campaign organizers and corporates to mobilize large audiences more effectively around their cause. Asterion co-led Qomon's seed round with Ternel in May 2024.
Aptimiz
Optimizing farm management. Aptimiz automates the traceability of farming activities thanks to a solution that measures the work of men and machines in real time. Asterion co-led the seed round with Demeter in May 2023.
Darwin
Assessing and reducing the impact of companies on biodiversity. Darwin offers a SaaS platform enabling companies to measure, understand and improve their ecological footprint in compliance with international regulations. Asterion led the first round in 2023.
Caeli Énergie
Cooling buildings without any environmental impact. Caeli Énergie develops low-carbon air conditioning made in France, based on innovative thermodynamic technology that drastically reduces energy consumption. Asterion co-led the seed round with Starquest Capital in August 2023.
DiamFab
Revolutionizing semiconductors with synthetic diamonds. Diamfab replaces traditional materials such as silicon to improve the energy performance and reduce the environmental impact of electronic components. Asterion co-led the first round with Bpifrance in March 2024.
Clear Fashion
A sustainable label for fashion. Clear Fashion evaluates over 500 brands and garments according to environmental, social and health impact criteria via a mobile app and independent product label. Asterion led the seed round in November 2021.
Allcolibri
Simplifying corporate social responsibility. Allcolibri enables companies to offer micro-donations to environmental and social causes to their employees and customers, via a SaaS platform. Asterion led the first round in February 2021.
Carbone Farmers
Facilitating access to agricultural carbon credits. Carbone Farmers offers a complete traceability solution, enabling farmers and agri-food players to add value to their low-carbon practices. Asterion led the first round in October 2022.
Edonia
Decarbonizing food thanks to microalgae. Edonia has developed a technology that transforms these micro-organisms into a textured, protein and nutrient-rich super-ingredient for agribusiness and foodservice. Asterion led the first round in April 2024.
Bocoloco
Switching to large-scale deposits. Bocoloco supports retailers and food manufacturers with a complete solution for container traceability and reuse, including in-store digital collectors. Asterion led the seed round in May 2023.
Aktio
The low-carbon club for SMEs and mid-caps. Aktio supports SMEs and mid-caps in their low-carbon transition with an online platform and dedicated support, to measure their carbon footprint and draw up a customized reduction plan. Asterion led Aktio's first round in July 2021.
Bon Dimanche
Local, fair-trade ice creams. Bon Dimanche is developing a model of micro-dairies enabling producers to add value to their milk at a fair price through organic, gourmet desserts. Asterion led the first round in May 2022.
Keenat
Fighting cigarette-butt pollution. Keenat supports companies and local authorities with a comprehensive solution including urban ashtrays, butt collection and recycling. Asterion led the seed round in December 2022.
