The Grenoble-based startup announces a €2.2 million round led by Asterion Ventures, alongside Hoji Ventures, its historical investor, and Kima Ventures. The goal: accelerate the rollout of its solution for managing the maintenance, repair and second life of industrial equipment, and turn circularity into a growth driver.

After-sales, the blind spot of industrial digitization

Industry has digitized production and sales: ERP to manufacture, CRM to sell, PLM to design. The product's life after delivery is still managed by hand. When a piece of equipment breaks down or reaches end of use, the decision is made case by case, based on the experience of a few in-house experts: repair, replace, dismantle, resell or recycle? Existing systems were designed for new products and ignore the complexity of equipment in use or at end of life.

The timing makes this blind spot costly. Facing ever stronger international competition, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and component reuse are becoming strategic growth drivers for European manufacturers. They still need the tools to run them.

After-sales becomes a profit center

Founded in Grenoble in 2025, Revalue analyzes each piece of equipment individually, based on its history, its condition and each client's own business rules, to automatically make the most relevant decision: repair, standard exchange, refurbishment, reuse, dismantling or recycling.

Revalue adapts to each sector to capture the complexity of its clients' equipment, business processes and business models. Its pricing follows the same logic: where traditional software vendors charge per user, Revalue charges per piece of equipment handled, repaired or given a second life. Offered as a subscription, this model gives clients support that keeps evolving with their needs, at no additional development cost.

The result shows up in the P&L: after-sales service and repair, until now run as cost centers, become profit centers. Shorter processing times, better operational continuity for equipment, and more value from products already in circulation.

Traction proven in less than a year

In less than a year, Revalue has won over several leading industrial players.

Fnac Darty, France's leading collector of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), now relies on Revalue to manage the second-life flows of its household appliances. Within three months, more than 1,000 additional products per month were brought into the system, now deployed across more than 25 logistics platforms.

Hermetic Mecaflux, an industrial pump specialist, uses Revalue to optimize its maintenance operations and keep its clients' equipment in operational condition.

In total, more than 100,000 products are given a second life every year across Revalue's clients. These first deployments confirm that manufacturers are looking for support that makes their maintenance and second-life operations both more efficient and more profitable.

A repeat founder, the same conviction for twenty years

Charles Souillard has been digitizing manual processes for twenty years. First at Bull, in the team behind the Bonita business process management software, led by Miguel Valdés Faura, then at Bonitasoft, the software company they co-founded in 2009 to take the product to market: Charles successively served as CTO, COO, then CEO from 2022, after the Fortino Capital fund took a majority stake. With Revalue, he applies the same grammar, that of workflow and tool-supported decisions, to the industrial territory that has gone without it: after-sales.

"For a long time, manufacturers optimized the production of new products. Today, the real potential for value creation lies after the sale. Our ambition is to enable manufacturers to run their maintenance, repair and end-of-life operations with the same level of rigor as their production lines. This funding round will allow us to accelerate this transformation and support a growing number of companies through it." Charles Souillard, CEO and founder of Revalue

Why we back Revalue: the installed base is a strategic asset

At Asterion, we invest in companies that make circular industry profitable and strengthen European industrial sovereignty.

For European industrial SMEs and mid-caps, under pressure in the market for new products, the equipment already in circulation becomes an asset in its own right: every machine repaired, refurbished or reused extends the customer relationship, secures operational continuity and generates revenue. Revalue brings to this installed base what ERP brought to the production line: fast, quantified, traceable decisions.

Two things convinced us. A universal, under-equipped problem, industrial after-sales, whose urgency is shown by the traction at Fnac Darty and Hermetic Mecaflux. And a founder who has already built, grown and sold a software company on exactly this subject: process digitization.

A round to accelerate deployment

With this €2.2 million round, Revalue plans to strengthen its teams, accelerate the development of new features, structure its sales team to support more companies, and extend its platform to new industrial sectors.

Congratulations to Charles and the whole Revalue team. The work on industrial second life starts now.
