Qomon helps NGOs, citizens' movements and political organizations structure their mobilization, both in the field and online. With an all-in-one platform (CRM, mobile app, AI, data), it is already used in 60 countries by over 600 structures. Its mission: to transform the desire to act into the power to act, in the face of a silent crisis of commitment.
Mobilizing communities on a massive scale, making engagement simple, structured and effective: that's the mission Qomon has set itself. The Franco-American startup is taking a strategic step forward to consolidate its role as a reference platform for NGOs, citizen movements and political organizations.
Founded in 2020 by Florent Barre and Jean-Baptiste Daniel, Qomon stemmed from a simple observation: despite the surge in desire to act, the structures that drive change (NGOs, trade unions, political parties) are still sorely lacking in tools adapted to large-scale grassroots mobilization.
Qomon offers an ambitious technological response: an intuitive CRM, field and digital mobilization tools, a mobile application for volunteers, all enhanced by data analysis and AI. A solution designed to replace the fragmented tools that hamper action in the field.
Already used by over 600 organizations in 60 countries, the platform enabled more than 100,000 actions in 2024, from grassroots door-to-door outreach to fundraising campaigns. The 2026 goal: double that impact and surpass 1,000 partner organizations.
94 million Europeans and 78 million Americans volunteer every year. But behind this dynamic, organizations are struggling to keep up. In 2024, 71% of NGOs reported an increase in requests, while 68% planned to reduce their services due to lack of resources. Qomon aims to break this paradox.
Like Stripe for payments, Qomon is the human infrastructure for engagement: it structures, automates and simplifies. Above all, it enables you to manage your actions on a large scale, with precision.
"Our role with Qomon is to transform the desire to act into the power to act."
- Florent Barre, CEO
With 113% YoY growth by 2024, ARR of €2.2m, and a presence in 43 countries, Qomon is establishing itself as a resolutely international startup. 45% of its revenues already come from abroad, with customers such as Greenpeace UK, Oxfam and Patagonia.
Its ability to combine field mobilization and centralized management, while respecting European requirements in terms of data sovereignty and security, makes it a credible alternative to American giants such as NationBuilder or Blackbaud.
"At Greenpeace UK, Qomon has become our go-to tool for field mobilization. It combines intuitiveness, respect for data, and efficiency."
- Head of Engagement, Greenpeace UK
At Qomon, technology is not an end in itself. It's a tool designed by and for those who act.
The founding team reflects this dual culture: commitment and execution.
Just solid execution, a clear mission, and a desire: to give power back to local players, everywhere in the world.
At Asterion Ventures, we're looking to fund game-changing tools. Qomon ticks all the boxes:
Qomon doesn't solely facilitate campaigns: it provides concrete resources for those who get involved. In an age marked by mistrust, political fragmentation, and major collective challenges, this ability to structure local action is an essential building block for any transformation.
It's this vision, simple and demanding, that Qomon builds, day after day, organization after organization, field after field.
